HVAC Key Account Manager

As an HVAC Key Account Manager, you will focus on the manufacturing industry and be responsible for driving and developing business with our HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) customers. You will be in charge of creating long-term relationships and driving sales with new and existing customers in your target group, primarily various manufacturers of air handling/ventilation equipment and heating/cooling systems.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that your target group receives personal support as well as relevant technical expertise from Stegia’s R&D department. Your goal is to work together with the customer to implement Stegia’s products into the manufacturer’s systems in the best possible way.

Responsibilities

  • Independently and proactively assist both new and existing customers in finding effective solutions using our products, and follow up on the implementation in their products in collaboration with Stegia’s R&D department.
  • Collaboratively develop activity plans for the HVAC market.
  • Manage framework and sales agreements.
  • Systematic consultation, support, and development of target groups.
  • Participate in trade shows.
  • Contribute to the development of information and presentations aimed at target groups.
  • Launch and establish sales of new products together with colleagues.
  • Market and competitor monitoring within your segment.

Global and local OEM companies within HVAC.

We are looking for someone with

  • Industry experience within the customer segment
  • Strong technical interest
  • Experience in technical sales, including new customer acquisition in B2B, is advantageous
  • Experience in project management is advantageous
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
