As of November 12, 2024, Stegia AB has become part of Dacke Industri, a long-term, innovative owner investing in technology companies with a focus on customized systems and components. The acquisition means that Dacke Industri now owns 70% of Stegia’s shares, while the existing management and ownership team retain a 30% stake. By joining forces with Dacke Industri, Stegia now gains access to an extensive network and resources that will strengthen the company’s innovation capabilities and market presence.
